Grief is something that everyone deals with. It’s a natural part of expressing how important someone was in our lives. In their death, we feel pain, sadness, anger, and so much more. Our grief never fully goes away, but in time the raw emotions are transformed. Having a group to help you through the journey of grief can be very helpful.
